  • One of my main rules in weightloss is to limit my carbs, particularly in the evening. For example, I don't eat potatoes or bread with dinner and when I do have rice or noodles in a stirfry, I only have a small amount, and definitely try to eat before 7.   • I'm glad to see I'm not the only one who weighs myself everyday! I often hear people say how you should only do it every week but I don't know how I'd survive only doing it every week. Doing it every morning helps me to see what worked and what didn't from the day before.
