Question regarding the appliance, does the rubber seal around the lid take on the smells of the food? I have a rice cooker and the rubber seal smells permanently like rice, despite cleaning it and drying it after every use. I'm wondering if the IP does the same (imagining perma-egg or forever chili odors).

Despite my overweight BMI, my waist is now half my height and my waist to hip ratio is considered low risk! I also saw a bunch of pictures of myself from a recent wedding and actually liked the way I looked. No more hiding from every camera for me! :D

I get frustrated and overwhelmed, too! I'm also a slow, lousy cook to begin with, so cooking already feels like a chore, let alone weighing every ingredient.
