Wish I could help but in the same boat so I am Bump'n this to see what others might say.

I always eat the skin of the potato and I love love to eat uncooked potatoes skin and all. I usually peel the potato then eat the skin. I am just a potato finatic.

Sounds bad but I eat my POTATO with BBQ sauce. I love them!! Thanks for the response. May have to try yogurt but I ain't a fan of greek yogurt.
