...don't know about a full out protein diet...I try to balance it out but I do take in more protein (ie protein shakes)...due to the fact that I have been hitting the gym pretty hard lately and need the extra protien to help heal up those muscles...not that I'm all cut up or anything like that....but you know what I mean...
