  • I use a pre-baked whole wheat crust, Wal-mart brand pizza sauce, canadian bacon, pineapple and topped with 1/2 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese.   • I'm going to cube some chicken breast that I have thawing, saute it in a pan then add a bag of steamed broccoli to it with 4 tbl of Kung Pao sauce and portion it over 1/2 cup of brown rice.
  • I have the Hamilton Beach and while it was one of the cheaper ones, we're finding that it works just fine.   • Yeah, my cheat "days" were actually cheating three day weekends. They would start Friday night and end Sunday!!!! :noway: I've limited myself to one meal a week, usually on Friday or Sat night....then right back to plan. That seems to be working for me.   • Love my coffee and I give up calories elsewhere so I can have my flavored creamer in it. I only drink one small 6 oz cup and that is the absolute one thing that I look forward to so I feel as long as I keep within my caloric range it's allowed.
