Oh my goodness!! That’s horrible, I’m so sorry! That totally says more about them than anything. Why are they so afraid of your success? Because it makes them have to reconsider their own habits? You keep doing what you need to do for your own health!

I’m tired of being told I’m “too nice” and having it be taken advantage of. Being nice doesn’t mean I’m weak. I’m actually strong AF, worthy, and capable. I want to scream that to many people in general 🤣

Yes! Anxiety and slight depression have ramped up again, but working through it as best as possible. I hate the out of control feeling from the anxiety so I need to focus! If anyone needs support or an ear, I’m here! ❤️

Thank you! I appreciate you reply! I definitely have room for improvement when it comes to incorporating more strength into my routine. I love walking and did that a ton this summer - now that it’s much colder I find it more difficult because I’m wimp in the cold 🤣, but I do have a treadmill. I make sure to work the core…
