I hate the smell of my stinky running clothes, but I hate the smell of vinegar even more. Can you smell the vinegar while the clothes are washing or drying? My washer is upstairs in the main hallway, so don't want the whole house to smell like vinegar.

I lost 80 pounds about 6 years ago. I still have a lot of loose skin, but it improves a little each year.

My shortest runs are 6 or 7 miles so I try not to lift and run on the same day. I prefer to lift then do some low impact cardio in the gym. If I have to do both on the same day, I lift first then run, but the run is always slower and somewhat miserable when I do it that way.

Look up the vegan version on the Happy Herbivore website. I've made it a few times. Vegan ground sausage (Gimme Lean) is pretty decent, soy milk replaces higher calorie ingredients in the gravy, and low fat biscuits. (sigh. I know it isn't the real stuff, but it isn't bad and has way less calories.)
