Meh. They've proved with loads of studies that in normal people sodium does not affect BP. Again, different things work for different people, but I have high sodium too often for some people's opinions, and it hasn't hindered my weight loss at all. Plus sodium is important for muscle growth, synthesis and regeneration.

Some of the most ripped people I know on here eat fast food/processed food/etc in MODERATION. I personally eat fast food once a week. I'm getting results. The difference is I work hard to get the results, not worry about what I'm eating extensively and not work out.

I had to go read your profile. Sounds like you love vitamins and supplements. Which, in my opinion, are not healthy (for me)... as multi-vitamins are linked to higher rates of cancer in women. Our opinions of healthy all vary wildly. My opinion is different than yours. It's not fair to judge others ideals.

Been logging consistently for over 100 days, been on MFP for EVER. I still eat the same things, just less.... so I'm far from a "clean" eater.... but that was my choice, and I'm happy with it!

I actually like the cool lime better! I bought the packets and take them on my long bike rides.... a little caffeine, and it's flavored so I stay more hydrated because I'll drink it even when it's warm. (I'm a sissy and like my water coldcoldcold.)

I didn't lose for months doing 30 Day Shred and eating 1,200. Upped cals to 1,400, it MELTED off like crazy. ETA: Now I'm at 1,600 (BMR = 1,475) and I'm hovering, but I haven't been working out as much as I wanted to. But I'm really close to goal weight, too.

Refreshers. 70 calories. It's got green coffee extract. Otherwise I'm a Caribou coffee girl. Northern Lite While Chocolate Mocha (medium) = 220 calories. Or if I'm feeling naughty and know dinner will be decent I get a Campfire mocha, medium = 430 calories.

Does not apply. Well, maybe. I hated coffee for years. But I also hated the acidity, taste and cost of energy drinks. So I've spent two years converting myself. It's not good for me, though, but good for humanity because I'm much more human and much less crazy psycho person.

I'm in love with this. We went to the pool (me and my son and daughter) and my son was trying to peek through the door, and I said "Stop it, you look like a creeper!" and now he goes around peeking from behind furniture saying "I'm being a creeper!" Yep, gonna be great in preschool this year.
