Honestly, my advice is to ditch your "nutritionist" and follow the guidelines MFP makes for you, as well as the food pyramid :) You'll be happier and more likely to actually lose weight! Good luck with your weight loss, and lean on MFP for support whenever you need it :) Katie

Best to still be mindful of your sodium and fats and sugars, if you still eat a ton of them, even within your calorie limit, you may not have the success you're after. Good luck! Katie

I heard your taste buds regenerate in cycles, I can't recall how many days it takes, but lets just say its something like every 30 days. I'm 5'11" and I'd say a size 10 is as small as I could get. Back in the day when I was a size 10 I was really quite thin, and because I was tall people thought I was smaller then I was. I'm hippy too, a 10 would be heaven to see once more! Katie
