My aunt did the Depo shot years ago and was put on nerve pills before she stopped taking it. I definately think I have decided to go back to the pill! I'm just sooo scared I'll forget one!! :sad:

I agree with Littlespoon! I was a pack and a half smoker...I quit COLD TURKEY just 6 months ago! I feel sooo much better now!! i know you can do it! :)

If you have Comcast or RoadRunner....they have exercise on Demand! I just started yesterday doing the Biggest Loser workout twice a day! Today I am HURTING! Just remember, pain is weakness leaving the body! Good luck!

I normally have BAD migranes but since I've been working out, eating right and drinking plenty of water I don't get them no where near as often!!! You may be getting alittle dehydrated! Try drinking alittle more water or throw in some gatorade.... Hope this helps!

I've just recently started working out....I got about 30lbs to lose!! :( I rode bikes with the hubby and kids for about 30 mins and burned 230 calories! Its a start...can't stop now!! :)
