same , my weight goes up and down. Especially as it is trying to adjust to the changes you are making

lol it used to be. I go to Golds gym, they have a lady golds section and its closed off so you cant be seen unless you go through a door. I love that because I wouldnt do weights

Wow thats awesome! It seems you already know what to do! You stuck with the work out regiment and eat great! thats the majority of the battle and is what alot of people struggle with. Yes logging is so important, i dont mind helping! I need to do the same, some days i log and some days i dont!

Sometimes I record them and sometimes not. What I have been doing lately is trying to hit the 10000 step goal and then only counting anything past that.
