I try to get eggs as well but I'm not a big fan of them. Try it over veggies or in sauce, on rice...hope this helps!

This might sound strange but have you checked your Vitamin D levels? I was tired and didn't feel like doing anything for awhile. I went to the dr for a blood test and my D levels were so low. Now I monitor my D intake and so far I've had a lot more energy. Good luck!! :)

Diets fail (usually), try eating healthy instead and moderation. Or so I've been told. I'm still working on it. Good luck!!

I had stomach issues with yogurt high in probiotics. Activia, hell, that was THE WORST. *Shudders* The only one I found that works for me is Chobani 100 cal greek.

I'm trying to up my protein as well. What about beans? I've been using garbanzo, kidney and black beans in everything. Salad, on top of an egg, with vegetables, on their own. :)

I was the same way, lethargic. I went to the doctor and she ran blood tests. Turns our my Vitamin D was nearly none existent. Now I take D pills a couple of times a week and I'm back to normal. Maybe see your doc?

Double check your protein. I was having trouble losing and my doctor said to increase my protein (lean healthy protein like fish, beans, ect) because that helps keep you full and gives you energy. I notice when I eat more protein I do tend to lose a little more weight. Don't give up!!

Well, I was walking until we got another 6 inches today. Been doing really good with the kickboxing and punching bag. Hopefully, it'll be clear enough to walk by the time I get sick of them.

Good for you! I'm rooting for you. I think I'll try alternating between kickboxing and yoga. If the weathers...decent, I'll add a walk in. That's my plan anyway. :/

Yeah, can't afford that right now. I'll walk in the cold if this freaking snow ever melts. I guess I'll just stick with my dvd's. I wish had a damn treadmill. :/

In high school I tried all kinds of weight loss pills. Never lost more than 5 lbs. Now down 16 lbs on eating healthy and exercising. Don't fall for their money grubbing gimmicks! Good luck!!! :)
