Much better at watching what I ate--yesterday was 108 & today was 105

Today was 123...too many take out meals yesterday with too many carbs

I finally got my computer back after dying last week. I tried to post from my phone, but the forums wouldn't post. So, today was 108 and I'm glad to be able to post again. Happy Halloween all :)

Boy, getting back into a routine after being so peaceful in the wondrous mountains hasn't been easy, but the last few day have been from 133 going down to 120's until yesterday 117 and today at 114. Getting back to regular times of meals & meds was the issue.

Hi again. I've been in the mountains of NC hiking for the last 10 days so that's why I haven't posted anything. I'm just now home & will begin my regular posts tomorrow.

My swimmer's ear is getting better so less off-balance today. Yesterday was 109 & today was 105. Have a good week everyone

FBS is down to 112 today, but I'm fighting a swimmer's ear infection. My balance is off, so it's back to walking with my cane for awhile.

Sunshine finally and cleaned up yard from storm damage so I'm a little late on posting for the last three days...today was 98, 9/6=105, 9/5=107, 9/4=115.

Good morning. It's still raining & windy & I've picked up the overturned planter box from the front porch that landed in the front yard last night sometime. Yet, with all that my FBS was only 106 today.

Well, bit stressed about storm in the Gulf, so it's up again at 111

It went up slightly--106 this morning.

Yesterday was 96 & today was 98 even after Birthday bash yesterday. I expected it to be higher.
