I only got 25 planks done ( thoughs are hard grrr) but I did go for a run today & all 12 cups of water in :)

I didn't do yesterday challenge it was my lazy day & we are planing 2 diving trips this weekend :) I did get my crunches done this morning woohoo I didn't lose this week :( still at 210

ok 50 in & out planks, 50 Squats w/ calf raises & I did my hour zumba class today woot woot :) and 10 cups of water !!!!!!

ok had a great day :) got in 80 mins of Cardio & all (50) Bicycle crunches - I had to do 2set of 25 :/ but, still got them done & drank 12 cups of water hope ya'll had a awesome day as well !!!!

Squat jumps, reverse lunges, & sisser kicks all done and drank 10 cups of water :) bring on the cardio :) I have a zumba class tomarrow !!!

well today was just great had yummy breakfast with hubby then played some fitness wii bowling ( 10 curnches for every pin left up or 10 squats for every split ) it was a long five games hehe , than bbq for some friends & got some treadmill time I <3 sundays but, yesterdays snacking was explained tonight ( tom ) arrived…

Well today was ok I went to my first zumba class today it was great but totally kicked my butt :) the only down fall was that I was craving sweets all day grrrr hope everyone had a great day !!!!
