I try to only eat my actual calories for the day and not eat the exercise calories that I gained back. Only time I will eat those extra is if I am hungry after I've worked out.

I am on 1200 calories intake per day as well. Count me in on the Zumba challenge. I just started attended my first Zumba class tonight and I love it. I am getting the DVDs to do at home when I can't make the class.

If you have stairs in your home, my suggestion is to walk up and down them for a minimum of 1 minute. Also, make sure that you are drinking a lot of water as well.
