Since I am a single parent, when I come home from work, its my time with my son. We eat dinner, talk, go for walks, and anything else that does not require to put the TV on (unless it is a show that we both want to watch together). I try not to eat past 7:00pm if at all possible. I find that if I eat late and then go to bed, I have issues sleeping. If I get an urge to eat something, I normally drink water or make some hot herbal tea instead. Normally that helps me.
