Well I don't really give a what you think. I happily eat 1200 a day (+ eating back some from exercise), don't feel hungry and have energy for at least 3 runs & 2 bike rides or long walks a week. I've just done Week 5 Run 2. Got the 20min run (Run 3) to look forward to (gulp!) on Monday. However, yesterday I did a 10.5 mile bike ride and doing the same tomorrow (Sun), so my C25K 'rest' days aren't exactly resting! GOOD LUCK for this afternoon lubylu!!

Well I'm doing a bit of both - I'm on a lower carb diet (not carb free though) AND am counting calories. So the calories I am 'allowed' are mostly protein/fat & much less from carbs. The calories i eat from protein/fats keep me feeling fuller for longer so I don't feel the hunger pangs i get when eating calories from carbs.

I'm on 1200 a day. High protein snacks like cheese. I've hardly felt hungry at all. I do try to do at least a 200-300 kcal exercise every day though!

I snack a lot on cheese - I'm on a low carb, higher protein/fat diet and eating cheese means that I feel full for longer.
