I just read some of the other posts, and saw the one with the link from Mayo Clinic. That is the 1st time I've ever read anything from a professional that stated anything other than 64 oz of water. Thanks, "ValueMe" for the information.

Everywhere I've ever read states that we all need to drink 64 oz of water per day. I've heard that theory about the half the body weight, but I've never heard that from a professional.
