Just did the pygmy today! My legs are sooo sore! Calories under (even though I splurged on blueberry muffins :D) and water over! Going to a birthday party tomorrow so it's a good thing I get it off!

Day 2 Bushman level done! 9 waters and just under calories! My butt is sore from yesterday! All those squats are no joke!
-
Bushman series done! Tabata workout, 50 squat kicks, 50 jumping jacks, 50 crunches, 50 mountain climbers, 50 wood chops and 50 globe jumps :) 9+ cups of water and under my calories! My booty is gonna look great after all these squats!

Good morning! My starting weight is 174...which I'm a little nervous about because I dropped like 3-4lbs this weekend from being sick. I've been chugging water like crazy for the past few days so hopefully it is not too far off :) I will also be doing my challenge workouts in the evenings mostly so I'll check in later! GO…

YAY! So excited to get started!

Hey Team!! I'm so excited to be doing this challenge with all of you! I think it is just what I need to get my butt in gear and really stay motivated! My name is Miranda and I am 24. I have never been thin or in shape my entire life, but I was always one of the smaller women in my family so it didn't bother me until I got…

I've looked into it. It basically teaches you to eat more lean protein and veggies and not rely so much on processed food and carbs, although you are allowed to eat "clean" carbs by the end of the diet. I don't think it is a "fad diet" so much as a training tool to help you eat better long-term. The program is actually 51…

Hey Teammates! We need a name!
-
I'm with you too! Friend request sent!
-
HAHAHAHAHA!
-
I'm bumping this for later! Gotta wait till I get off work to get my measurements!
-
The thing I've learned so far is not to "jump" into the changes you are making too quickly. I tried that a few times (giving up the bad food I love, going to the gym every day) and it just discouraged me because I missed the yummy foods and hated working out. So this time I just made small changes progressively. Make sure…

I don't think there is anything wrong with having something you love every now and then. Just be mindful of proportions and savor it!
-
HAHAHA! That's awesome! I did the jump thing too, and that's probably the first thing I noticed too!
-
You look great! The pics are kinda small but you look younger from what I can tell :)
-
MAJOR difference! Way to go! Keep up the good work!

Hehe.. I've read and watched so many things zombie-related that all of my dreams are set in a post-apocalyptic world. Only a few actually contain zombies, though :)

I've missed a few days here and there so I have only completed L2D7 so far. Only 3 more days of this level! YAY!! It is a tough one...I made it all the way through the double-jump-ropes, though! I was so proud of myself, even though I was wheezing when I finished, lol.

The prorated amounts are for the remainder of the month if you join now. After you pay that amount ($38.29) then you will pay $10 a month every month. Every October you will be charged another $29.

I also started with 5lb weights and am now using 3lb weights (I'm on L2D5). But there are a few moves that I should use the 5lb weights for, and some that make me want to put down my 3lb weights! It is definitely a workout but I always feel great when I finish each day!
-
Finished L2D5 last night. I'm so glad to be halfway done with this level! These plank moves are killer. I did end up switching from 5lb weights to 3lb weights so that I can finish all of the strength training with weights, and those front lift things in the last circuit are still killing me! On another note, I've started…

Right, because that is about what your body burns by just keeping you alive :)
-
I've seen a lot of overweight people have success with the JM workouts like 30 day shred. It's only about a 25 minute workout but it definitely burns some calories! And I know that mostly women do them but my boyfriend does them with me and just uses heavier weights :)
-
I've just recently started on my journey, coming from never working out...I was trying to do the gym thing but would only make it like twice a week...obviously this did not help me build much, if any, muscle or endurance. Right now I am on Day 12 of 30 Day Shred and have already noticed that my legs and arms are stronger…

Add me as a friend! I feel like we have a lot in common. Motivation is definitely my biggest hurdle. And I've just recently (like within the past few weeks), started putting up my clothes after they are washed :) I know that many people have issues with being motivated to work out at home, but I recently got into the…

Congrats on reaching day 10! And have a wonderful time camping Just finished L2D1...it kicked my butt! But such a great workout! Only 9 days left with this one....lol.
-
I did L1D9 last night. I agree, it does feel like it's getting easier, I can squat all the way down now, but still can't finish my anterior arm lifts with my 5lb weights, so I've been using cans of corn on those, lol. I also can't do regular pushups, but as long as I'm feeling a burn with my girly ones I'm happy! Now we…

I really wish I would have measured myself before I started, but I plan on taking a picture after each 10 days to see the change in my body. My boyfriend says I'm slimming down a bit, but I keep thinking he's just being encouraging. I did L1D8 last night, so only 2 more days on level 1!! Hopefully the soreness in my arms…

That does seem a little extreme. I think in a case like this where the "disability" can be fixed, the government should require some kind of program to help the person lose the weight. Exercise and eat well for money! Doesn't sound like a bad deal to me!
