Maybe it won't be that bad, but I am still struggling with a few of the moves in level 1. Still can't do all those anterior raises at the end with my weights!

Every now and then my phone doesn't want to sync, but I just restart my phone and it seems to re-boot it.

I'll join in! I started last night...man my shoulders are sore! I like to think that soreness is just an indicator of the work I did, although it will not be fun tonight when I work out again! It is my goal to do it every day for 30 days and this weekend with be a test as I go out of town. Good luck everyone!
