I eat greek yogurt. It has lot's of protein. My favorite is fresh berries mixed into plain greek yogurt. I like chobani or fage fat free greek yogurt.

I have the polar FT4 and love it. It does come with a chest strap. I was a little concerned at first with the strap but it fit just fine and I absolutely love it! :)

I totally understand the frustration!! I went on vacation last week and gained back a few pounds i lost as well! I've lost about 9 lbs since I joined about a month and a half ago! Don't give up, just start fresh tomorrow!!!

did you set your settings at the suggest activity level for your job? I am an RN and I had to adjust my settings to including my 12 hr days on my feet! :)

love the jello temptations as well! They are already portioned out and they are super tasty! The strawberry cheesecake with strawberry topping is pretty good but the double chocolate is amazing!! :) Also, the Fig Newton "thins" are actually pretty good as well, 3 large cookies for only 140 calories!

I have found that pretty much anything that is packaged these days has a lot of sodium due to the preservatives companies use. I have been having the same problem lately as well. i basically eat what i would normally eat for my meals on overnights....but that 2-5 am time period is the hardest! It's usually pretty calm and I get sleepy....want to eat to stay awake! I try to drink some water and eat a healthy snack! :)
