You just met her!! My husband and I "exercise" for hours at a time and there is A LOT of sweating going on! Granted this is not a daily activity, hence the reason I'm not thin! Lol however, we definitely "participate" so to speak! LOL! I usually have super sore muscles for 2 days after, more than with some exercises!

My house is in Washington, Pa, but we are remodelling so were staying at the in laws in Ohio, and currently traveling for Hubbys work in WV!!! A little bit of everywhere!
