anyone done both Zumba and Turbo Fire? I love Turbo and the dancy aspect of it and thought Zumba would be a good thing to try when I'm done but I've heard its not as intense.

Ugh I wish I could have seen a change this week but I've been eating like a horse lately and going over my calories. I'm trying to be better this week because I leave for the beach on Monday! Hopefully it'll show in my weigh in. Godd job everybody:happy:

Happy hump day crew! Looks like several of us took a much needed rest day yesterday, so the "theft" of another rower came at great time:smile: . We earned an extra 23 miles from our attack on the Flying Monkey's ship. I think that crazy guy took his rest day yesterday too:ohwell: oh well!!! We did about 145 total…

I don't think I've EVER burned 1000 calories in a day! I don't have time! I cone home from work, workout for an hour, make dinner, and maybe have an hour or so to hang out with my husband before its time to go to sleep. I guess I could amp it up a little more on the weekends, and I do alot of gardening and housework then…

156 for me today. I was hoping to be at 155 yesterday which would've been an even 30lb loss for my 12 weeks of Turbo Fire, but oh well. I can't really complain about 29:smile: Happy 4th!!!

Happy 4th guys!!! Today is in fact a DOUBLE MILES day, so get some sweating in before all the partying:) Just send me your regular miles and I'll double it once I've added them all together. We did about 150 yesterday - not too shabby!
