Home made hot wings and baked onion rings. Just slice of chicken cover with franks hot sauce, garlic, and paprika. Bake until done. Cut up onion and lightly sprinkle a mixture of wheat flour, paprika, and garlic and bake in oven. My husband loves it and d it is pretty healthy.

I also hate when my water bottle doesnt fit in the machine. It bugs me when people stagger treadmills. It sucks when you and your workout partner have to run 3 treadmills apart. Coffee is a addiction and i dont see myself every stopping. Even 1 cup a day while pregnant is ok with my doctor. I have 2 cups in the morning with a tablesppon of splenda in each.. I make the same 'general' meal. Such as taco night my daughter and husband get there normal taco's but me on the otherhand like to take my taco meat and put it over spinach leavles, add some salsa and cheese and have me a taco salad istead.. Last night we had BBQ hamburgers and my husband threw a Boca burger on for me.

Just choose some healthy snacks here and there throughout the day. I have a hard time netting 1200 calories after working out.. I still eat 1350-1450 calories a day but my workouts put me under the 1200 net... Man its hard

I just looked up the calories on 1 funnel cake *drum roll* 760 calories :noway: I would definately allow yourself one sensible goody snack since you will be walking but choose carefuly cuz this and that add up. Good advice on the 100 calories per mile... Im just gonna keep it on MFP recordings. Wouldnt be such a big deal but i already struggle to eat back all of my workout calories. I just cant eat that much food.

Its good that you are eating alot of fruits and such, but you should probably add more to your meals. Only eating 800 or so calories is going to put you into starvation mode..
