  • My daughter is 15 months and I'm trying to loose mine too! I started the 30 day shred 8 days ago and can already see a improvement. It's only 20 minute work out so it's good to fit in when you dont have time to go to the gym! Hope this helps x

  • I have zero upper body strength so I'm dreading level 2! 3 more days to go eek..

  • I'm a day ahead and just finished day 5.. It's definitely getting easier (still a tough workout though) Anyone dreading level 2??!

  • I am on day 3. Yesterday I felt soo sore but feel much better today and can already feel the work out getting easier. I don't know if I will be able to last the full 30 days though!
