I love Subway! I normally get the 6inch Ham on 9grain wheat bread with tons of veggies, cheddar and no sauce. If I do order sauce I get the *cringe* hot sauce....it's a low calorie/fat choice, but the sodium is super crazy, especially with the high sodium hot sauce. I love Franks Red Hot sauce and probably eat it way too…

Sorry to say, I didn't lose a single pound this week. :embarassed: I'm upping my water and veggie/fruit intake this coming week, so hopefully I can redeem myself with next weeks weigh in. Best of luck to everyone for the coming week!

LOL that's what I do too. I'm terrible at remembering to take them, so I log them to remind myself. Now that they show up in my "Most Used" list, it's like a daily reminder.

Added a 15 minute brisk walk to my daily exercise today, for a new total of 1051 calories doing 195 minutes.

I'm down another pound this week to 179, which put me 4 pounds from my HP weight loss goal. I need to lose more than a pound a week if I'm to reach my goal. I'm going to give it my all to lose these 4 pounds within the next 18 days. Hope everyone else is doing well.

As of yesterday I'm down 2.5 LBS this week! I think not eating after supper helped to get my weight moving again. That and not eating back all my exercise calories. I know there has been a lot of debate over exercise calories, but everyone's different and for me my weigh loss was slowing right down by eating them all back.…

I lost was half a pound again this week. That's 2 weeks in a row at half a pound :/ I know I should be happy, at least it's not a gain and any loss is a good loss, but I still feel a little frustrated with my results. I'm down half a pound this week. I'm a little disappointed with that number, but I did have a really good week last week with a 3.5 pound loss so I guess it balances out. Oh well! Any loss or even a maintain is better than a gain. I was just really hoping for at least 1.5 - 2 pounds, that will be my goal for this week!

I'm down 3.5 pounds this week. w00t!!!!!! I've been sick with a cold and it was (t.o.m) so I'm really hoping that's not the reason for the nice loss.
