i count everything.. if i dont, i tend to get too loose and free.. if you look @ my diary, you will see i even have logged 1 jellybean on 2 different days..

for me... when i began counting calories, i began choosing better foods.. then i added exercise to the mix.. which has equaled weight/ inches lost.. so in my book : calories counting = good!

I work an hour from my house but pass the YMCA on the way.. so this is what I do Monday- Friday 445am WAKE UP/ DRESS GRAB MY ALREADY PACKED BAG WITH SHOWER STUFF/ CHANGE OF CLOTHES/ ETC 600am GET TO GYM/ WORK OUT 640am SHOWER/ GET READY 715am HEAD TO WORK 800am-500pm WORK

check into a local YMCA.. they have awesome kids activity rooms and kids staff for while you workout PLUS pools for fun/workout.. if cost is a concern..they are also income based. we love our membership. got off topic: i wake up @ 445am then head to Y - workout from 600am-645am shower then head to work...
