If the person is unable to exercise, has severe obesity issues, has a reduce metabolism, or other viable reasons it is quite acceptable in some circumstances to eat 1200 or even less.…

Good nutrition has way more benefits than losing weight. Of course it matters what you eat..but it is an individual choice. There is no such thing as junk food, there's junk, and there's food.

This is somewhat true, from time to time it is a good idea to spike your calories and charge up your diet.. I know it sounds crazy but it is true! Heck it works for the Rock :) Not to mention it is any many of my fitness text books, as well as the 4hr Body, among others.
