While I am happily together with someone I have noticed people are way nicer to me than before. I certainly get more attention than before. I will say the people I tend to think are the most precious in my life are those who have been with me since the start.

Fruits are great for the reasons you mentioned. Even the sugar is not a bad thing and your body can consume it for fuel, but just like anything too much will get stored for later use. Sounds great I have to try this. Although milk and vegan don't really work, has anyone tried this with almond, soy, or coconut milk? Which offers the best taste?

Yeah people are kind of nasty.. some don't wipe down at all, I agree that it may be best to wipe down prior to use.

I think this is what it comes down to. None of them are "healthy" medically speaking, but I know I didn't get fat from having the ability to cut out sugar.

I did the exact same thing, I was serious low carb until my weight leveled off and I did not find going vegan to be extreme at all. After reading the book "The Kind Diet" which I highly recommend if you want to get into being vegan, it seemed like the logical next step. I have never felt better and the weight started…

I always have a ton left.. I eat a lot of veggies like broccoli and cauliflower for dinner.. whole grains are also filling and calorie light!

Nah I don't judge.. I am there to sweat and get stinky so a T-Shirt and sweats are my go to clothes. It is better than those people I see all decked out in their $300 get up who walk around and do barely anything.. However I have seen some people in jeans that made me do a double take :)

I am a vegan and I would say try to ease into it. If you have the all or nothing approach it may be tough to stick to it. I would also recommend getting the book "The Kind Diet" really has some great advice and recipes. Feel free to add me if you want support or anything for the transition.
