Seems silly, but I seem to have better luck going with a raw veggie (carrots, cucumbers etc)- it's the cruchy sound. If I don't pay attention to the taste, and just listen to the crunch it's almost like a dorito. LOL

Yea, it really helped. If you have a Dollar Tree near you, they have them in whole bunches of different colors. I put mine on my desk in a spot that I almost had to look around it to see what I was working on. Then I couldn't forget about it :)

I have been having issues meeting my water intake also. I went and bought a 64oz water "bottle" (it's really a small jug with a spout) yesterday from the dollar store. It's about halfway gone right now.

Day 3 workout done at 11:30 last night..... I almost skipped :blushing: but nope. Guilt dragged my butt in front of the TV, and I feel great this morning! Feels like it's getting a little easier to make it through the workout. And Jumping Jack hell doesn't feel so much like a pit of fire anymore lol.

I read the books ( that were out at that time anyways) before the series started. I was ok with season 1, but just kept getting annoyed a the weird plot changes. I stopped watching...but kept reading :) Good books.

Rest is the only thing that will help the pain right away ( as far as I know, I'm no expert) but I know there's running braces for trouble joints. 2nd day done last night, wasn't nearly as horrifying as the 1st day. My ankle feels a lot less broken too (ha). I feel good today. No weight loo ( obviously, it's only been two days) abd this may be only in my head, but it feels like some of the floppy bits are less...floppy.
