I have lost 86 lbs and went from a size 22 pants to a size 12. I have rubbermade tubs full of clothes that are far too big. I think about getting rid of them all of the time but have not done it yet. I am afraid that weight is going to come back and I will have gotten rid of all of my nice clothes. I don't want the weight…

Hi, I think that it is different for everyone. I was in a group of 4 people in a weight loss contest and I lost by far the most weight and it took the longest to show on me. I love this post! That is one of the things that keep me motivated at the gym, I love people watching. I spent time watching 2 people who were very cute and shy that liked each other start a relationship and I love to watch the muscle men posing for eachother! So fun!

I would not mind sharing workout or diet info, I have made huge changes and feel great and I would love for others to feel this great too!

We came in second place, the team lost a total of 203 lbs in 3 months. I am so proud of us all. When we were picked, we won! I still wish that we had won first place because the prizes were really good and would have helped us continue on our journey!
