Lol, I enlisted, so I really didn't have a choice! Now I just hit the treadmill for a quickie warm-up or some HIIT here and there for the good burn. Most of my program is circuit weight training which I really do enjoy. Props to all you runners out there who enjoy it without music! I just wasn't built for it.

A pound of muscle weighs the same as a pound of fat in the same way a pound of rocks weighs the same as a pound of feathers. I weigh in every morning, stark naked, after voiding and before eating or drinking anything. I only log the lowest weight of the week, but if you want to be anal-accurate, you could average your daily weights for the week and log that.
