I just started JM 6 Week 6 Pack in addition to 30 Day Shred. You'll definitely find way more plank moves in there than crunches. Even her "crunches" aren't really crunches. Be sure you ladies have you docs check for diastasis. I think you can check yourself at home though too if you look it up online.

Uh, after 20 min of jogging at 5.6mph on a .5 incline I'm up at 182bpm Just walking at 3.6mph on a 5.0 incline I sit around 165bpm. I also take Adderal, but most users only report a 7-8% increase in HR.

Starting Weight= 156 lbs Week 1= 157.8 (ToM) Week 2= Week 3= Week 4= End Of Month Weight= Yeah... to think I can compete in something scale-based now is pretty unrealistic.
