That's what I thought Amanda! I'm current 220lbs and very unfit, but I don't see how I burned THAT many calories. We're going for a walk later so I'm going to use it again and see what it tells me. thank you for your help everyone kayle

It did require age, height, weight etc. Unfortunately, I didn't keep an eye on my heart rate (not that I'd know what it was supposed to be). I bought it from Lidl - dirt cheap! Maybe I just need to invest in something decent!

Cheese and Chive Walkers crisps. They had them when I was little, and I remember the spice girls being on the packet. Age!

I cut mine into even pieces, then in a bowl, add a tea spoon olive oil, a teaspoon of paprika salt and pepper. Put the potato into the bowl and shake to coat Bake in the oven at a hight temp until just catching on the edges. NOM

Sugar from (fresh, not canned) fruit is far better for you than processed sugar. i.e. it's better to go over on sugar from eating pears than it is from eating processed foods like sweets. Fruit is good for you! :flowerforyou:

I'm half-way through the first book and I'm loving it so far! I think I'll watch the Swedish version of the film after I've finished the book. I'm also the annoying person at the cinema :)
