I crave salt ans chocolate - it was my TOM on Monday so I had healthier meals and allowed myself a snicker bar - happy :)

I wake up at 7am, eat and 7:30 and am out of the house at 7:50 I usually have 2 weetabix, a tea spoon of golden syrup with semi skimmed milk - this keeps me going until lunchtime. The weekends are different - I'll eat at about 10am and have eggs :)

I have a cheat meal, not day and I NEVER go over the top and eat excessively - would ruin me. I try to work it into my calorie allowance, or at least try not to go over by too much. For me, this is a life saver, and it gives me motivation
