The calories may be right, it's probably the sodium and the fat that are the bigger issue.

I just started eating these! I actually really like them. I've been struggling to up my calorie count in a healthy and controlled way, I think these may help. Plus I find them to be very filling.

Chips are my weakness, too! I've given them up, just because I have an incredibly hard time sticking to suggested serving sizes. Barbecue chips, definitely. It's not a problem with any other kind of chip, but I just go on auto mode around bbq chips. Since I've changed my diet ( about two months ago) I haven't touched them. To be honest, I'm a little scared if I start I won't be able to stop.
