on skinny taste and spark recipes there are some really good recipes for cupcakes and you can eat one without the guilt.. I love cupcakes also!! I think it was on spark recipes the coconut one that was on there for easter was the bomb!! It has sour cream icing and it was awesome. I think it was jenny's coconut cupcakes..

I had much raither my man want to lift instead of do a zumba class with me.. However with that being said your experience did make for a great story rotfl :laugh:

I had the same problem only I was waaaay overweight and I thought that was really strange also (I had lots of insulation). I found out that I was anemic though and started iron and now my temp gauge is pretty much back to normal..

this ^^ You are young and your skin still has alot of elaciticity so I think you will be surprised at how it will firm up with exercise.. I have been told all my life if you loose the weight before 30 you will be ok so you should be good.. :flowerforyou:

Wow that is impressive!!! 77 lbs in 7 months!! You go girl!! I too have the same issue with exercising, my knees and hips are bad due to my obesity, so I have been doing walk away the pounds 1 mile walk but it is still VERY difficult and I don't use the weights. I am anxious for it to be alot easier and move on to the 2…

I am pro death penalty!! I think it is a shame for our tax dollars to keep people in jail their whole lives when they have been proven guilty of murder. An eye for an eye I think. If you kill someone in cold blood you should get the same punishment..

a mfp suggested to me walk away the pounds with leslie sansone and I found them online I got two video's for 17.99 I think and you can do that in your home under the air conditioning lol.. They are low impact and you can work your way up.. Its starts with a one mile and works up from there. I love them!!
