Anyone no if last weeks weigh in was the last one?? as far as im aware (had a look back at first post) this was running for 7 weeks till the 21 June,am i right? Hugs xx

can i just say WOW Ive been looking for ages for someone with pics round about 243lb ish weight as thats my main goal for now and im also 5'10!! so its great to see roughly how i may end up looking at that weight! Thanks so much for posting! xx

I eat on average 1400 a day, only some days ive been 1200....as for anorexia, i doubt that hugely! i weigh 384lbs!!

I did wonder about upping to 1600 per day (thats what i told my doc i had and he thought that was low but fine) So u reckon every other day try to have like 500 more cals?? feck it seems alot, makes me panic:S

I find it hard to eat 2000 cals per day, my head tells me im being a fatty!! :S I no i do go quite a bit under my daily allowance tho, but i feel if im having 3 proper meals a day then my body shudnt need the extra cals...it says on here im ment to consume 2180 cals per day but if im honest i just cant seem to fit all that…

im 5'10" hence why i'll be more than happy when i hit my goal weight, i dont wana be stick thin,just be comfy in my skin! My bloke is 5'11" so i hate wearing heals when out with him!

i'll more than likely need everything lifted being extreemly overweight but im ok with that, i got me here in the first place!! Ive already accepted the fact that my body will look almost melted! so if i do need to have a tummy tuck, arm and thigh lift and my boobs put back in place then hell yeh!

thanks all for your lovely replys and word of encouragment! Yes i can feel it in my clothes now, i bought clothing for my hoilday in 2 sizes too small and there all fitting now, i guess when u have a long way to go it can feel tedious as the results arnt goign to show as much as if i only had a small amount to loose.!!…

I already have funny looking arms, although my tummy still fits the fat if that makes sense! and my inner thighs already have started looking horrible, i have a wee roll if that makes sense!

do u have a slow cooker?? I find mine a godsend when im having a hectic day, just bug in pretty much anything, chicken and veg, meat and veg to make a stew, i cook everything in my, currys, chilli, roasts, soups, there simple and u can leave it on when working and it will be done by the time u get home from work :D x
