1/2 cup natural applesauce(not sugared) whipped with 2 tblp fat free coolwhip and a 1/2 tsp cinnamon. Makes a mousse style applesauce and it's about 100 calories. The pectin in the apples should make you feel full longer.

Banks, where do you find the time to look this s**t up? It was extremely informative:bigsmile:

:flowerforyou: Ana, I hope you enjoy the site, it is really a nice place with a very nice support system called us, your teammates. When I craved chocolate I would buy myself the Kelloggs 100 calorie chocolate drizzle bars. That way I could fit a little something sweet into my calories allotted and not feel guilty. Hope it…

So what about Nalgenes, the bottles that Eastern Mountain Sports sells? I've had mine forever and I don't want to get rid of it. Well guess I will go read some articles now.
-
Well mine didn't think it was idiotic but he wasn't as supportive as some of the others, but now that I've been doing it for awhile he appreciates the way I look and even goes out with me for a walk. So what I'm saying is maybe it will take time with him too. Keep true to yourself, come here for the support and be patient…

Beautiful out today, so I am going for my hour walk. It will have to be on my muddy gravel roads but there are plenty of hills and valleys so it will be a good hike, taking hubby with me today too, that's a first. Maybe if I get real enthusiastic I will do some arm work tonight. I have decided to post first because…

Hi all, I'm probably the last one to post here today, boohoo. But I got out and walked for an hour. Too much snow for yard work yet, but still wrestling the bus over roads that couldn't be described as roads more like bogs. Good for your grandma Mary!! Amazing really! Well you all have a nice evening. See ya tomorrow.

Well I am finally back, it took awhile but I'm here. I really really really missed this place while I was gone. Thanks to all who were saying prayers for us. My mom received a clean bill of health and I could come home much earlier. She won't even need chemo, I'm so relieved about that. I thought for sure I was going to…

Love ya Banks but I'm not doing it! This girl isn't in good enough shape for any of that. But I believe it because my daughter was in the reserves. But I'll be thinking of you:bigsmile:

Happy Easter all, I believe I lost maybe 2 lbs total, but that is with no real exercise going on except for the PT. I ate healthy at least and I have not had caffeine in three weeks. I'll check in to see what you are doing for the next challenge but can't say I'll join as I might be gone for at least three weeks. Good luck…

Hi All, Happy Birthday Julie Congrats Arriane on fitting in your bridesmaid's dress. Just bus driving today. I was real tired today and had a nap on my friends couch. Maybe stress showing up about my mom's surgery. On the fun side I ordered a bathing suit for the first time in 5 years in a size 14 and it fit. I am a little…

Thanks for the library suggestion. I never gave that a thought, but she is good friends with the librarian and I should go tell her why Mom won't be in for awhile. Thanks everyone for your support. I will try to check in. I know I will miss logging in my food.

Hi, what do you consider to late to exercise? Does it have to be outside? Do you have a place you could do a dvd exercise inside? One with upbeat music is always fun. Do you have stairs, you could go up and down those for laps and get some there! Get a jump rope! I've heard someone here who does that. Housework can be…
