I made it through my aerobics video again and walked my daughters dog. I started out well and had a healthy breakfast and lunch. Hope you don't mind me hopping into your thread just wanted a little accountablilty. I managed to get my aerobics done, Ate my salad, Drank my waters, took the dog for a walk and ate a portion controlled supper. I have accomplished my goals for today.(Thank God) I'm tired.

I really hate it when you get within your ten lb mark and your brain messes with you and says " just one won't hurt" then you just keep eating and it does!
