Definitely noticeable. Nice progress! I did take a before pic after I lost 14 pounds (even though I did not want to). I still have 64 pounds to go, so I'll keep it hidden until then. lol

You have enough on you plate. My suggestion is just to relax and focus on your food intake. For now it's enough to keep you on track. When the rest of your life smooths out a bit more then get back in to your workouts.
