Bring healthy snacks with you to work. I only eat what I bring. If i have something right next to me there's not much temptation to go get something else.

If I don't know what I want to bring for lunches for the week I make a quiche and then pair it with a cucumber/tomato/balsamic salad. This is nice and filling and since I can change up the ingredients in the quiche, it never gets dull. Whole Foods Organic Whole Wheat pie crust makes it easy and really tasty too.

The same stuff I eat now. For me at least, using food as a reward is a bad path to be on. I eat what I want now as longs as it fits into my calories and macros, having a 'cheat' or 'splurge' day each week where I eat my TDEE which keeps away my cravings.

Calories are fuel. When you eat more calories than your body can use they are stored in the body for future use making you 'fat'. As far as why you;re not losing weight it's impossible to tell without seeing your diary but I assume you're not eating enough if you're only eating 1200 calories and exercising on top of that.…

I eat 2-3 clementines mid-afternoon. 3 are only 105 calories and all the fiber in them fill be up. Also, they are nice and sweet if I'm having a sugar craving in the afternoon.

I had a roommate in college that had a cat who loved pizza/ Any time we'd order, we actually give the cat a piece of her own. If we didn't we'd have no peace while we tried to eat :laugh:

My older cat loves tomatoes. My younger one will hoover anything, especially my coffee.

I adore my FitBit. I never take it off except when I shower. I recently had an issue with my unit and I contacted customer support to try and resolve it and they sent me a free replacement. All I was looking for was a fix to my issue. They were great. Makes me love it even more now!

I hate diet soda. Tastes like chemicals to me. But if I did enjoy it, I'd drink it in moderation. Everything is pretty much bad for you. If you enjoy something I see no reason to cut it out completely.
