Thankyou, this makes me feel a lot better. My bar is almost empty for both and I only add 1.25 to each end. I feel stupid doing it sometimes, but I am making progress, so I guess I'll just keep going! :) *1.25 each time I add to it

I have access to more resources than google. Just asking.

Espresso chased with a Peanut butter, banana, berry, oats and honey smoothie. Edit: cut the coffee actually, it might amplify pain :( p.s. good luck!

Wow! You look amazing! :)

Even taking other factors into consideration, I think it takes the same level of dedication to combat overeating while running regularly as it does without.

I do stronglifts on a deficit and I have gained strength and look toned but not bulked at all (of course). My boyfriend did a split routine 5 days on, 1 day off with creatine as a pre workout and a carb/protein post workout and gained a lot of muscle in a couple months.

I haven't tried NROLFW yet because it appears to involve buying and reading a book. I just screenshotted the stronglifts workout on my phone and use that, no problems so far except sometimes the smith machine's taken at peak hour. Due to an old back injury, I taken the progressions slowly too, about half the speed…

15%bf for a female is pretty low for someone who is sedentary.

I stick to running during the daylight hours on busy-ish streets and paths. I'd love to run the mounfain trails around where I live but don't feel it is very wise to go by myself, so stick to the roads. I carry a phone, house key and some music (if I was on the trail I'd skip the musoc option). My biggest worry is bad…

5'6 sw 140 dropped to 115 Cw 125 - now I'm trying to just eat really clean and become a long distance runner and at least lift my own weight in the gym.

Your energy dropped becquse your body isn't getting enough energy to sustain exercise and repair. Why would you try to lose weight at a faster rate now when you have already achieved so much succes? Go back to your original 0.5lb per week or thereabouts and keep on running! Don't give up now, you've come too far. Eat more.

Grab vegan. Bite vegan.

Yes, that is actually a good idea, to not increase mileage (kilometer-age lol) for a little while. I feel I should do that. I had a traumatic experience with a team of doctors before and try to avoid them. Hmmm analysing your gait sounds like a smart idea! Good one! Thanks for the advice guys! :)

Nice link, thanks! These three weeks are the first time I've actually counted how far I've gone, sort of like an experiment that almost went wrong. Luckily I recovered quickly. Usually my running is sporadic, but I think this around 40km/week is a good starting point, perhaps even sitting on that distance for a while until…

30km per week, that is! I can't run that far in one go yet!

Ah so funny! Makes me want to stop running around my streets and actually enter something - then I can talk to other runners and not just be that crazy runner friend who is always randomly running and eating a **** tonne of food for "no reason". Hahaha :P

Congratualtions on your marathon!!! :)

I am doing my CertIV in fitness / personal training, and would especially like to get into teaching LesMills . I have one month left to finish my course and also have Uni final exams, so its a busy period of time for me! I just started doing stronglifts 5x5s and running. Happy to be friends :)
