I made Kale chips for the first time yesterday. I tried oil, vinegar, salt on one portion, oil, parmensan, garlic powder on another portion, oil taco seasoning on the third portion. I used 3 "garden vegetable" LC wedges, added garlic, and dried onions. Added to this is one diced and roasted medium anaheim pepper. Got to add those veggies whenever possible. Refrigerate and use on sandwiches in place of pepper jack cheese slice.

My excuses: I love to eat out, I love comfort food, I'll start tomorrow, I don't like vegetables, I don' want to be hungry, I love ice cream, I have failed before, I don't have time to diet, etc, etc, etc. I am so glad to find this site!

I joined MFP today, and I can certainly identify with short people! I am 5'1" and plan on letting go of 30 pounds and learning to eat mindfully.:tongue: I saw my doctor today and he said he wants me to lose 10 pounds by my next appointment in 3 months.
