Daaaaaaaaang. You look great! You'll get to your goal SUPER fast! No need to color out your face either :)

I actually lost in my stomach first and I'm still working on my friggin thighs -_-

I'm 5'8 (obviously not nearly as tall as you) and my GW is around 120-125. I'm at 131 right now :) Started at 160 but started here at 135, gained weight, then came back. So my ticker is way off hah.

I get it. I was around 160 before, I'm 5'8, and I guess it didn't really show under clothes? I'd tell my friends I was going on a diet and going to lose some weight (I'm 131 now, still going down a LITTLE more) and they would tell me "You don't need to!" "You're skinny already!" However, it's not about how skinny you LOOK,…

Always go with the higher number, that way you're not underestimating your calorie intake. I know 40 calories isn't that big of a deal, but with other items it could make or break your weight loss :) Usually it's go with the higher # with food, lower # with exercise calories.

Wear two sports bras at a time.

Thanks for the advice. Maybe setting an actual goal instead of just going on a run will make it easier. It's not that I don't WANT to run, I have no problem while I'm doing it. It's just the "getting out the door" that's the problem. I'll try the tracker apps and maybe grab some new workout clothes :)

Girl, I know EXACTLY where you're at. My fiance was the first one to PUSH me to get healthy/lean. Then he started eating junk and tried pushing it on me like "One bite won't hurt" or "you can have some, c'mon". It's FRUSTRATING. I had to have a long talk with him and tell him that I didn't appreciate what he was doing and…

Lifestyle of course! 1.) My fiance is a soon-to-be Marine (currently at boot camp). He's always been Mr. Exercise and bulk up, and I finally want to be that trophy-looking wife that can keep up with her man! 2.) I'm a studying Dietitian and I feel like if I don't live a healthy lifestyle then I'm basically lying to…

Thanks guys, seriously. All responses helped and I'll consider all of them :) I'll probably have to start with bodyweight exercises first since I need a gym membership ($$$$$$). Thank you!

Get yourself some Halls Defense Vitamin C drops :) I just got over a cold much quicker by using them. They're just like cough drops, only it's to defend and increase your immune system.

Try doing some yoga or minor weight lifting. Doing ab exercises also don't put that much strain on breathing. Or just go for a long walk :)

If she's really already at 1100-1300 a day she DOESN'T need to CUT calories. Add some nuts and trail mixes into your daily intake, but like above, WEIGH them. Gradually increase calories and see if you notice a change. If not, you might just need some patience. If you only have to lose 10lbs, odds are it's going to be hard…

A lot of the time, 1200 is too low and you should probably set it to 1lb a week considering you don't have much to lose. And your diary isn't open to the public :) Edit: Now that I can see your diary, you're eating perfectly fine! You don't need to eat ALL your exercise calories back, especially if you're not hungry. It'll…

After a binge it's possible that you retained water, causing the weight to go up for a short period of time. After getting more water in your body and getting back to your regular eating habit, it'll drop again and you'll go back to what you weighed before. It's completely normal and nothing to worry about.
-
You got me. I was utterly confused with your title so I clicked on it. :)
-
Try turkey bacon? :)

I told myself when I reach 130 I can get myself another tattoo (meaningful, I've wanted it for ages). When I hit my goal weight I'll be treating myself to some clothes and shopping since I'll be going to San Diego for my fiance's boot camp graduation. :)

I always go with the higher calorie count. I'd rather OVERestimate my calories than UNDERestimate.
-
For a while I was feeling flabby and chubby, but everyone else didn't think so, so I figured it was solely me who thought it, considering I've always had confidence issues. But one day my fiance and I were laying in bed and talking about our future and whatnot, when the subject came up about my weight and that I had gained…

Hey there! I'm literally the exact same height as you and on a strict 1300 calorie diet as well. Honesty, I feel like it's not that hard to keep it low as long as you know what to eat :)
-
"It's a lifestyle, so stop calling it a diet."
-
Try to go for higher calorie items :) I understand it's hard to eat a lot of food physically, but eating smaller amounts of food that have a high calorie count could help you out to begin your journey. There's no way you'll go from eating so little to eating a LOT of "healthy" foods right off the bat. You'll work your way…

Try doing some meditation and yoga instead of working out :) It helps you relax and might even help the pain go away. Then maybe read and lay on a heating pad/put the heating pad on your stomach. That's what I do.
-
I don't have a pic on my computer, only on phone, but I'm sure you can look at my profile picture since it was taken like an hour ago :) But I feel like I look like a smaller version of 15 but would like to look like 2 or 5.

Salmon - Pan fried with chili powder and a little bit of cayenne. Then mix a dip that consists of Greek yogurt, chili powder, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper! It's so good and even a good marinade on chicken. :)

Maybe try Zone bars instead? I tried Quest bars and had the same experience, so I switched to Special K and then Zone. They taste AMAZING and have like 15g of protein.

When you go over, don't fret about it. Actually, it's GOOD for your body to get a little more now and then and it can actually help with your weight loss. You don't need to work out extra hard or go into an even bigger deficit for the rest of the week; it's perfectly normal and good for your body. Just go back to normal…
