I set my calories to maintenance for now, might increase is later if my doctor says so. Haha! Well, the elephant is blue with pink ears and pink feet :) So as of right now the baby's gender is unknown. If it wasn't for my impatient husband, I would not be finding out till he/she is born :p I'll let you all know with a very definitive ticker once it's time!

I agree with Sonicadeathmonkey and hot4fitness2: running outside more often than not, speed is irrelevant. I also think a runner is someone who couldn't care less what others label him/her. Y'all can call me a donkey butt, I'm still gonna lace up my shoes and go for a run. Hence a runner :#

My post won't be very helpful, but I'll share anyway. After my first marathon I marched into a Cheesecake Factory, bought the biggest NY style cheesecake, and then ate that bad boy over a period of 5 days or so. I regret nothing B) I would like to see if anyone knows how to quantify the amount needed for a recovery.
