  • I could see where you'd be disappointed. 46 lbs is a BIG difference. As long as you feel good about your progress and can see a difference, that's the most important thing! :) You'll show them when you lose all 105 lbs! :)

  • Try to cut him just a little slack, he is at work and definitely tell him again when he gets home and get on the scale and share the moment of victory with him, let him see just how happy you are and how proud you are of yourself! :) Sharing that moment with him hopefully will bring more joy then any card or flowers will.…
