I'd just try to set aside the few minutes it'd take to make your self a delicious, healthy sandwich custom to your liking! Maybe even see how you can pack part of a healthy lunch the night before. I know I'll be on the go a lot and am trying to have good eating habits too :flowerforyou:

170.2 for me :( Almost back where I started. Funny thing is that I haven't been eating very much either. Been having odd work schedules and traveling a lot. Even when I do get to work out I just can't seem to keep the weight off. I seem to get stuck in the 165-168 zone then bounce back to the 170's.

I know how you feel! I had lost about 11 lbs, and gained most of it back and am now at a net loss of 3 lbs :( This is a great place for support and motivation, I need to start getting back on track too!

Well I had a great job interview the other day, and they're giving me a test run in the kitchen for 1 week to show them my skill level, I'm hoping it'll be a a good week for some weight loss since I'll be working 8-10 hours on my feet each day…

Last week's weight 163.8, this week is 159 :drinker: This loss was such a shock to me! The other day I weighed myself and it said I had gained 4 lbs since my last weigh in, and just now it said I lost 8 lbs :noway: I hope nothing's wrong with me! :huh: lol

Early weigh in this week!
