I feel ya! I always go over my sugar limit so fast on here. Just don't pay attention to the sugar amount that mfp adds up, since so many foods have natural sugars that aren't bad for you. Just don't eat foods that have added sugars and you'll be good! :)

I definitely need to join I have a huge problem with late night snacking. I get late night munchies sooo badly! I always do good during the day but then at night I feel like I go crazy and can't control myself and stuff my face with food. I definitely am a crier too. I hate it but whenever I get upset about something, mad, embarrassed, etc the tears start coming and I can't control it. I guess it's how my body expresses my emotions and I hate it but I guess there's nothing I can do about it :/

The less you weigh the less calories you can consume to lose weight or maintain your weight. I'm at 1200 calories to lose 1 lb a week.

Yeah mine definitely started shrinking immediately which sucks since I ended up losing the most inches from my chest and not much else where! I went from a 34 D to a 34 C pretty quickly.. I did it for a full month and stopped for a little bit and now I'm starting it up again and it kicks my butt every time I do it, so yes it's very hard! At least for me. I am drenched in sweat every time I do it, and I dread doing it lol. But hopefully in time it will give me really good results!
