I also weigh myself every morning. I'm very aware of the fluctuations from water retention etc., but if my weight has gone up it prompts me to actually replay the previous day in my mind to see whether there was anything I could have done differently.

I've been working on the stationary bike while watching the Big 4 Blu Ray. Some Slayer and Metallica can really get your legs flying :)

Maybe you could try setting your homepage on your browser to this site? Then whenever you're looking to do any browsing, the first thing you'll get is a reminder of this site and maybe take some inspiration from friends' feeds?
